Subprocessor List

This page lists the third-party subprocessors used by CLUBTRACK, INC. to provide infrastructure, security, analytics, and supporting services for the Clubtrack platform.

1. Infrastructure Providers

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS)

• Purpose: Cloud hosting, compute infrastructure, databases, file storage, backups, and logging

• Data location: EU (Ireland / Frankfurt) and/or US regions depending on deployment configuration

• Role: Cloud infrastructure provider (subprocessor)

2. Product Analytics / Observability

PostHog, Inc.

• Purpose: Product analytics, event tracking, and session analytics

• Data processed: User interactions, product usage events, technical metadata

• Role: Analytics and product instrumentation subprocessor

3. Roles of the Parties

The Controller determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.

• The Processor processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.

The Processor shall not process Personal Data for its own purposes.

4. Billing and Payments

Stripe, Inc.

• Purpose: Payment processing, invoicing, subscription management

• Data processed: Billing information, transaction metadata

• Note: Stripe acts as an independent PCI-compliant payment processor for financial data5. Nature and Purpose of Processing

6. Subprocessor Management

CLUBTRACK, INC. ensures that all subprocessors:

• Are bound by data protection agreements

• Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures

• Only process data for the purposes specified above

7. Changes To Subprocessors

We may update this list from time to time. Customers will be notified in advance of any material changes to subprocessors, in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
